A new restaurant in Taiwan is actually serving food on plates on small toilet bowls. To add to this surprising use of toilet replicas, the food looks the part of human excretions. Young patrons of the restaurant squeal in delight when they see the pink and brown rolls of food served on top of the toilet replicas.

The owner of the restaurant states that such is the point of the whole enterprise- shock the senses, but give it something comfortable and tasty after the initial shock. This approach to dining is being supported by young and old alike in Taiwan.
