picture191According to news reports, the Encore, a large hotel smack in the middle of Las Vegas would be cutting room rates and such- but won’t be cutting down on services. From a lofty $350 a night, the company that had built Encore has decided that $165 would be sufficient compensation.

Why the defiance amidst the recession? Truth be told, if the companies don’t become more consumer friendly nowadays, they simply collapse- from lack of earnings. This truth should actually form the core of what should be the business practices today.
