With the current crunch in tow, the smaller airlines are thinking of ways to regain the money they’re losing to cutting ticket costs and lowering the basic fees associated with flying. One of the things that these airlines are doing right now is charging small, innocuous fees to things like using the plane’s small comfort rooms.
Also, airlines are opening small bars and other such convenient places to drink (and spend your money) in an effort also stem the tide of profit-loss. It seems that even the largest companies in the world are afraid of losing their jobs- permanently.

When we think of polo, we often think of prim and proper horses with royal crests, ridden by royalty wielding nasty-looking mallets. We also think of palaces, of demure gigantic fountains and a round, red ball being tossed about in the cleanly cut grass.
Well, don’t expect these things if you’re in Thailand and you’re playing elephant polo. Elephant polo is played the same way- but the only difference is you’ll be riding a behemoth ten times your size and weight, and when you’re thrown off, you’ll actually feel how it’s like to fall off one story from the ground.

This is no longer true, as research suggests that travelling is actually one of the best ways to relax the body as well as the mind. So if you’re thinking of a perfect gift for your partner, why don’t you save a bit and put him or her to a plane headed to a relaxing spot in the Caribbean islands?
That’s the best way you can show just how much you care- by wanting him to feel relaxed and comfortable, away from work.

Since everyone is cutting costs around the world (especially in the United States) people are warned that the fines for overweight baggage will double or triple in the coming months. Even low-cost airlines will be charging hefty fines to people who don’t seem to realize what “carry-on” baggage really means.
If you want to bring lots of stuff, make sure that you tag them properly and pay the baggage fee. This is the only way to avoid the annoying $30 or more in fines; just pay the fees up front, so you won’t have to deal with irate airline people later after you arrive, or before you ride the plane.

If you remember that romantic movie “The Notebook” then you might be thinking, where in the world did they shoot that movie? It’s as if movie makers have this knack of finding the most secluded and unpolluted spots in the country for their own purpose.
Fortunately, now we know that they actually shot that movie in a pristine island that can be found near South Carolina. If you’re thinking of going there, then you’re in luck- you can actually take a ferry and absorb the beauty of nature from the island. And maybe, just maybe, you can retrace the steps of Ryan Gosling.

Flying to Cartagenia may be one of the most rewarding things in life. The Spanish architecture, the warm personalities of the people around you and the night life is truly rewarding. Walking along the ancient streets seem to pull a person back centuries- to a time when people were just beginning to realize what the word “modern” meant.
It is an enticing but sometimes dangerous thing- because Columbia isn’t actually one of the safest places in the world. But nonetheless, if you’re truly a global tourist by heart, then reward yourself with a view of Cartagenia- and feel how it’s like to brush history by the grain.

When the global financial crisis hit, everyone was hit big time. Especially the largest corporations like Sony. And when we’re talking about a recession that means people no longer have the capacity to spend on luxury- like travelling in style.
That’s why the airlines are doing everything they can to make the situation less scary (for them) by lowering the costs of luxury flights to different global tourist destinations.
If you think the past few decades had been glorious for cheap air travel, think again- now they’re offering first class rides at lower costs, and the airlines themselves are being fined for not doing maintenance enough. All for the love of the game.
